Mirror Mould
This kind of mould consists with hydraulic pistons instead of standard columns, where the smooth punch is magnetised on the upper magnetic plate, and it is sedated on the die box during the pressing process.
The compaction of the powder is produced when the upper punch seated on the die box, goes down together with the die box, thanks to the hydraulic pistons.
This kind go mould similar to SFS or double mirror mould obtain good face of the tile in upper position, avoiding the inverter of the tile after pressing, with all advantages involved for that avoiding powder stuck and cracks produced in the inverter when we are working with big tile sizes.
This kind of mould is using actually, to substitute SFS mould, due to lower cost, but due to the inverted coincity the tile just be rectified
